Townsville at night .
Here are some of the night shots we took of Townsville. I am trying to figure out how to use our camera to take night shots. While still very inexperienced, some turned out quite well.
The first photograph shows a section of the port.

"The Strand" The re-devloped waterfront. This area was completely overhauled several years ago. It is very attractive with many restaurants, coffee houses etc. There are two public swimming enclosures. The bright lkight in the picture show the location of one of the netted enclosures.
Castle Hill as seen from the Townsville Marina. The light in the sky is the evening star.
