What a colourful spectacle in the centre of Kununurra. This is part of Kelly's Knob on the fringe of town. You can see it easily from the centre of the town. Kununurra has an area called Hidden Valley slightly to the east of the town. The Mirima National Park is part of Hidden Valley. The following shots show it in the later evening with cloud cover unfortunately. Generally the colours in the first photo are the same for the whole system of mini gorges and spectacular shapes. It is very accessable. You could walk there from town if you were inclined. You can't help but see the area as you drive into Kununurra but be sure you visit it when you get over here.
